Your name is Vivian.

Your name is something different to others, however. To those who have known you in the past, you might be known as a list of different indecencies. Slut. Whore. Murderer. This list could go on, but you’ve learned not to let this bother you. Sometimes, now and again, you would find yourself thinking about this though. It made you sad. Very sad. Not because you pitied yourself, because you knew that you were not the only troll facing things like this.

It made you sad because you had to face facts and realize that sometimes, the world was just a terrible place. You really didn’t want to believe so.. It broke your heart to know that the world can be so dark, and it’s population so hateful. You aren’t trying to be a hypocrite either.

In the past, you would have just taken advantage of your friends and fed them to your mother without a second thought. You took advantage of the good looks that were given to you, and used it to feed your hungry lusus. After some enlightenment, however, it sadly took you that long to realize how horrible of a troll you really were.

Slowly, you moved away to a new hive. You washed the blood from your hands, from the floors, and you tried to start again. You looked at the world with a new view. One in which you saw the good in everyone and everything. You let yourself smile genuinely once in a while, and you found joy in helping and making others happy. Sometimes it’s hard for anyone to believe you were once a murderer.

You find yourself today walking away from your hive, with a sad smile etched onto your face. It was a smile that didn’t reach your eyes as usual. You decided not to wear your favorite dress today. You weren’t in the mood. You tugged at the sleeve of your white, cotton T-Shirt, and looked down at your feet, counting how many steps you were taking.

Right as you got to about four-hundered and thirteen steps, you paused to look around with your vacant expression. You were far away from your hive now, and you found peace in being all alone for once. As you sat down on a grey colored rock, you find yourself hugging your knees to your chest, chin resting atop of them as you stared off into the distance. You drew in a long breath, hugging your legs again as you exhaled softly.

It took you a moment to realize there was a warm trickling feeling down your cheeks, and even then, you did nothing about it.
